Professional Cost Consultants (Western Cape) (Pty) Limited was established in 2007, supported by Professional Cost Consultants (Pty) Limited with its head office in Johannesburg, a branch office in Secunda as well as international offices in Perth (Australia), Brisbane (Australia), Toronto (Canada), Gaborone (Botswana) and Windhoek (Namibia).

PCC has grown into one of the most prominent quantity surveying practices in South Africa, especially in providing quantity surveying services, contract administration and project services for the infrastructure, mining, process and energy industries, as well as commercial, petrochemical, industrial and leisure buildings across a range of commodities, including rail and port infrastructure, opencast mining, decline and vertical shafts, horizontal underground development, civil engineering works, structural steelwork, platework, mechanical equipment erection, process piping and electrical and instrumentation installations.
