The West Coast Business Chamber (Weskus Sakekamer) is an organization of business people within the Saldanha Bay Municipal Area.

We are dedicated to maintaining a favourable business climate, safeguarding the interests of our members and working together to improve the economic, civic, and cultural well-being of the area.

The Business Chamber serves as a voice of business to promote a positive business environment through co-operative efforts with local governments and other business and community organizations.

The West Coast Business Chamber (Weskus Sakekamer) is currently  representing more than 150 businesses in and around the West Coast area of South Africa.

The Business Chamber is a non-profit business organization which is supported by the membership fees and volunteer services of our members.

At the Annual General Meeting the members appoint a Management Committee of 5-8 members to oversee the operations of the Business Chamber for a period of 1 year. Additional members may be co-opted to the Committee to perform specific functions. Co-opted members do not have voting rights. In order to accomplish the Chamber’s objectives, the Management Committee develops an annual business strategy.
