Every company is unique, with its own challenges, strengths, culture, vision and opportunities. I design customised Growth Paths, tailoring transformation journeys grounded in careful reading of my clients’ realities.
A Growth Path allows people to learn in and from action by combining learning, doing and reflection. It always includes accompaniment where I bring my experience and walk alongside leaders, teams and organisations. There are three modes of learning in a Growth Path. Structured learning – workshops, courses, training is the smallest part. More is gained from shared reflection on actions taken, progress made and learning from crises and victories. The most learning is from doing, addressing real opportunities and problems while being supported through the process.
–> I design and facilitate workshops that strengthen relationships between people so they can deliver excellent results, think creatively and innovate.
–> I provide accompaniment and coaching for ongoing personalised support to leaders and teams in shared consultations, planning sessions, reflection spaces, and daily work. This makes sure that change processes are practical, lived and driven by people in the business and the impact they create together.
–> I facilitate strategy reviews, making sense of the future and the opportunities and challenges it presents.

* Trust (creating a new mindset to reshape the world through continuous learning and unified action. The first module of Soul-Driven Leadership, a 6-module programme that shapes leaders and co-workers to guide purpose-driven transformation)
* Agents of Change (taking initiative, cooperating with others, learning together)
