Tanja Strangfeld started TSM Consulting 20 years ago as a one-person HR Consultancy. Today TSM has four permanent employees assisting with marketing, administration, and project coordination and several dedicated trusted and experienced consultants from different industries to ensure we provide the best solutions to our clients.

TSM is managed with integrity and the belief that the solutions that are provided should add long-term value and enhance the growth of clients. With a client base not only in South Africa but also in the rest of Africa and the Middle-East, TSM has the experience and expertise to assist with any organisational development intervention, talent acquisition, and sustaining a talent pipeline in any company.

In 2020 we launched our sister company, TSM Talent Solutions which is our BBBEE Level 2 business dedicated to render all our recruitment and selection services nationally as well as internationally.
